Who processes your data
When you book through this salon, two parties are involved: the salon (data controller) decides why and how your data is used; Lumera Studio Lab (data processor) provides the booking technology and processes data on the salon's behalf. This notice explains what we collect and your rights.
What data we collect
We collect your name, email, and phone to create and manage your booking; appointment date, time, service, and status; any notes you add; and, if you accept cookies, we may use analytics. Your IP may be recorded at booking for security. If the salon uses online payment, payment is processed by Stripe (we do not store card data).
Why we process your data
Your data is used to create and manage your appointment, send confirmations and reminders, and allow the salon to provide the service. The lawful basis is determined by the salon (controller), typically contract for the booking and consent where applicable.
How long we keep your data
The salon decides retention periods. We retain data for as long as the salon uses our platform. You can ask the salon at any time how long they keep your data or request deletion.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and to object, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact the salon to exercise these rights; they are the data controller. If you contact Lumera about your booking data, we will forward your request to the salon.

Changes
